Post Sales Support for Control Systems

Control systems for larger projects can be complex, managing multiple systems across multiple sites and interfacing with third party systems, but if you don’t configure your system correctly you won’t get the most efficient performance from it. Daikin’s post sales support team are control systems professionals and can work with your installer to configure your system to perform at its best, helping you get the most out of your itouch Manager, itouch Controller, or third party control system.

Daikin’s team of dedicated service technicians are Daikin specialists who know your climate control system inside and out.Based in major capitals across Australia, Daikin’s service teams provide fast response and full maintenance capability across the entire Daikin commercial range, helping you minimise downtime in the unlikely event of a problem with your system.

Locally Managed Service Requests

All service requests are coordinated locally in our Australian based service centre, where a dedicated service coordinator manages the entire process, arranging spare parts and booking a Daikin Service Technician for a time that is convenient to you, giving you a single point of contact throughout the entire process.

Spare Parts

Daikin spare parts warehouses are located in key capitals in Australia and New Zealand: Sydney, Perth, Auckland and Christchurch, ensuring fast delivery and providing a rapid response to get your climate control system back on line quickly in the unlikely event of an outage.

Local Technical Support

At Daikin we’re proud of our reputation for superior after sales service and support.  Our call centre is located in Australia, so you can be sure when you call Daikin you’re speaking to someone locally.

Operating from 8:00am to 6:00pm (Day light Saving Hours) & 8.00am to 5.30pm (After Day light Saving hours), Monday to Friday, Daikin’s call centre provides technical phone support, helping callers resolve the majority of problems on the spot. On basic troubleshooting and if an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Daikin’s support team can coordinate a service call from a technician, and coordinate warranty support.

Warranty

Daikin Commercial Warranty

All Daikin Commercial Products sold and installed in Australia are backed by a comprehensive 12 month warranty on parts, with a 36 month warranty on compressors for all VRV and rooftop package units.

An optional 12 month service under warranty is also available for all VRV units and Chillers for a nominal fee at time of purchase, for complete piece of mind.

Maintenance Contracts

Daikin also offers ongoing maintenance contracts. Daikin’s dedicated service team can provide pro-active servicing and repair to keep your climate control system running efficiently and minimise outages and downtime, if such a service isn’t available from your installer or engineer.
